2. For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We process the information you provide us according to the main purposes in compliance with obligations derived from the provision of the requested service, legal obligations, public interests or legitimate interest or, failing the above, based on your consent, whose purpose is :

  • Hiring and paying for courses carried out by the foundation or by its members or in which it participates.

We do not make any type of automated decision based on the data provided nor do we create any profile with it.

Data retention periods. The data provided will be kept as long as the relationship with the foundation is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations and/or clarify responsibilities with the administration.

 

3. How long will we keep your data?

In addition to the above, they will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and from the processing of the data. The personal data of the users of this activity will be kept in accordance with data protection regulations, that is, the time necessary to guarantee the purpose of the treatment and subsequently, they will be kept duly blocked, at the exclusive disposal of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office. o Competent Public Administrations, to be able to address possible responsibilities until the legal prescription periods established in current regulations have expired. The obligations derived from the contract – 5 years – fiscal obligations – 4 years – and accounting obligations – 6 years -.

5. Who are the recipients of your data?

The data provided may be communicated to Public and/or private Administrations to comply with a legal obligation if necessary, to entities linked or related to this foundation as well as its collaborators to participate, organize and teach projects or activities in those in which the entity intervenes, to public or private entities that finance projects of the foundation to justify the subsidies and aid received by the entity.

The personal data provided consisting of name, surname, telephone number and email will not be provided to third parties unless the user has been informed in advance of the possible existence of transfers of their data to third parties, and their consent has been obtained. In no case, except in cases covered by current legislation, will any third party other than the person responsible have access, without the express consent of the users, to their personal and/or browsing data.

We do not carry out international data transfers.

 

6. What are the categories of data that are processed?

The data that the data controller can process include the following categories: identification data, postal or electronic address, commercial information, economic and administrative data, social circumstances, academic and professional data, financial and health data if necessary. to provide the service always with the prior consent of the interested party or their legal representative.

Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
