He has been an auditor at Deloitte. Founder and President for 12 years of the Andalusian Employers’ Association of Social Entities (APAES).

Graduate in Law and Diploma from the School of Legal Practice. She is a lawyer specialized in criminal, penitentiary and immigration matters. She is a University expert in Mediation and Family Guidance. University Expert in Socio-laboral Insertion. She has collaborated with entities such as Cáritas, Córdoba Acoge, Encuentro en la Calle, Terre des Hommes and Voluntarias RMI. She held different responsibilities in the Association for Human Rights of Andalusia (APDHA), as well as the vice presidency of the State Federation of Apartments and Assisted Projects (FEPA) currently.

He worked in the Provincial Association for the Psychic Handicapped of Jaén and, within the Don Bosco Foundation, in the “La Unión” Minor Protection Center in Úbeda and in the “San Martin de Porres” Minor Protection Center in Jaén. where he served as director. She has extensive experience as a teacher and has been an animator and co-founder of the “Domingo Savio” Youth Association, promoter of the creation of the Provincial Volunteer Network of Jaén and representative of the Third Sector in the Provincial Commission on School Absenteeism and in the Provincial Forum for the integration of people of migrant origin. She was recognized in 2023 with the Jaenera Award for equality and against gender violence from the Jaén City Council.
